Wine of the Month: Henschke Peggy’s Hill Riesling

Pale lemon with green hues, the wine opens with delicate aromas of citrus blossom, lime zest and jasmine, layered with white peach, lemon sorbet and a hint of pear skin. The palate is vibrant and pure, revealing flavours of lemon, lime and white nectarine, supported by crisp acidity, fine mineral texture and a long, focused finish.
