This month we’re pouring two exceptional Tasmanian sparklings from the renowned House of Arras — Brut Elite and Brut Elite Rosé.

Crafted using the traditional méthode, both wines showcase the elegance and precision that have earned Arras its reputation as Australia’s most awarded sparkling house.

The Brut Elite reveals layers of complexity with notes of gunflint, grapefruit pith, and white stone fruit, offering a refined palate and persistent bead. The Brut Elite Rosé brings a pale rose-gold hue, aromas of red berries and brioche, and a sophisticated dry palate with beautiful length and balance.
