Tasting Note

Red berries, aromatic floral nose, Turkish delight and hints of red licorice mix with earthy leathery spice and background pepper. The palate is medium weighted showing a mix of fresh berry fruits- raspberry, mulberry and pomegranate, along with warm spice and dried herbs. The wine has a vibrant acidity and a lovely line of fine minerally tannin. This wine drinks well young, but will cellar for 5-7 years.
